^ Those lines. I absolutely adored the way you broke them up. Your poems are so pretty to look at visually, as well as read in my head. Wish I had some good grounding tips... writing about how you're feeling is a good start. Maybe sitting in silence for a little bit and practicing some deep breathing. It helps me, personally, when I'm feeling kind of weird and not totally there.
